Inspired by true events, HIGH CHICAGO is the story of  Sam (Salmon), a hard-drinking father of three, ex-Navy man, ex-miner, and soon to be ex-husband, who takes to gambling in order to bankroll his plan to open a drive-in theatre in Africa.
